- 144 apartments are part of the aparthotel, residents have access to the swimming pool, fitness and wellness facilities of the hotel.
- 69 private apartments are included in the Porto Montenegro M-Residences rental fund and have access to a private pool.
- In both cases, there are studios, apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms and duplex apartments with 2 and 3 bedrooms.
- All five buildings have direct access to the underground garage and parking.

The project provides 12 apartments for the program of economic citizenship of Montenegro. The required amount of investment on the coast is 450 000 euros.

The project is integrated into the infrastructure of Porto-Montenegro, and will also complement it with numerous recreation areas, playgrounds, a shopping and entertainment complex, restaurants and a new SIRO wellness hotel managed by Kerzner International.
