The Lustica peninsula is located opposite the MAMULA fortress, at the entrance to the Bay of Kotor and is washed by the open sea.

The villa was built in 2002 on the territory of 60 acres (0.6 hectares) and has an area of 600 sq. m. The villa has 7 (seven) bedrooms for a large family. Two bedrooms have two separate beds, five bedrooms have double beds. In one bedroom, in addition to two bedroom beds, there is a bunk bed for children, there is also a crib for a small child.

On the first floor of the villa there are three bedrooms. One bedroom has a bathroom, opposite the other two bedrooms there is one toilet and one bathroom with toilet and shower. In addition, on the ground floor there is a refrigerating room for storing food, fruits and vegetables. On the opposite side of the first floor there is an apartment for service personnel, laundry, ironing and an entrance to the house from the sea and the garden.

On the second floor there is a similar set of bedrooms, plus on the opposite side of the house there is a separate bedroom (with children's beds) with a separate bathroom. There is also a cinema hall with a collection of films in Russian. Between the sides of the house there is a large kitchen, dining room and living room with a total area of 130 square meters with a second light. From the living room and dining room there are several exits to the terrace of 120 sq. m. All rooms and living room with dining area face the sea. The beautiful view of the blue sea, the island of Mamula and the peninsula of Prevlaka (Croatian territory) allows you to enjoy relaxation and nature. In the dining room there is a large table 2.8 meters long and 1.2 meters wide and can be extended up to 4 meters, a similar table is set out on the terrace, where it is nice to have breakfast and dinner.

All rooms, dining room and kitchen are equipped with everything necessary for a large family. In the living room there is a large TV and several sofas and armchairs, a beautiful working fireplace.

The villa provides a cleaning service, changing towels every other day, changing linen twice a week. A family of Russian-speaking Serbs helps in cooking, cooking on the grill. Accompanies on trips to the market and shops.

Near the house there is a terrace with a barbecue area of 100 sq. m. Three tables, barbecue. a cauldron for pilaf and other dishes allows you to spend the evening with your favorite dishes and fine Montenegrin wine.

On the territory there is also a sports complex with a swimming pool, a gym, a sauna. There is a tennis table, a windsurfing board and a sail. Near the gym you can sunbathe on 10 outdoor loungers. Green spaces are located throughout the villa, paths are laid. Fruit trees and bushes grow. Turtles live.

For small children there are swings, various toys, etc.
